general physical condition, following standard medical
procedures. Orders laboratory and otehr special diagnostic
tests and evaluates data obtained. Determines nature and extent
of mental disorder, and formulates treatment program. Treats or
directs treatment of patient, utilziing variety of
psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
